Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to Obscura Ink Tattoo Collective! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We offer tattoo services by appointment and occasionally accept walk-ins. All tattoos are provided by licensed artists and adhere to state and local health regulations.
2. Appointments and Deposits
DEPOSITS:

To secure your tattoo appointment, a non-refundable deposit up to of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.

The deposit amount may vary based on the complexity and duration of the tattoo session.

Any unpaid deposits one week prior to appointment date will result in appointment cancellation
RESCHEDULING:

You may reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled date without forfeiting your deposit.

Any rescheduling requests made after this period will result in a rescheduling fee consisting of 10% of the deposit amount.

Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a rescheduling fee consisting of 25% of the deposit amount.
CANCELLATIONS:

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to the appointment, you may apply the deposit towards a future tattoo appointment scheduled within 6 months.
NO-CALL NO-SHOWS:

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a complete loss of the deposit and potential ban from scheduling future appointments.

If I do hear from you after the fact, rescheduling will result in a 50% loss of deposit.

At the end of the day, this is all in place to protect myself. I don't want to have to enforce any of it, so please be courteous and considerate of my time and space. I don't want to take anyone's deposits. I understand life happens, please just communicate with me.
3. Pricing and Payments

Tattoo pricing is based on factors such as size, detail, and time required.

Final costs will be discussed during your consultation.

Payments are accepted via Stripe or Cash
4. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process. We reserve the right to decline services if it poses a risk to your health or safety.
5. Studio Policies

Clients must be at least 18 years old with valid photo identification.

No children or pets are allowed in the studio for safety reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
6. Artwork and Copyright

Designs created by our artists are the intellectual property of Obscura Ink Tattoo Collective and may not be reproduced or altered without permission.

Reference images provided by clients should not infringe on copyright laws.
7. Liability Waiver
By getting tattooed, you acknowledge the risks involved and release Obscura Ink Tattoo Collective and its artists from liability for any adverse reactions, including infections or allergic reactions.
